


Almoosa Health finalizes agreement with Kasktaş for Soil Excavation Works at Almosa Specialist Hospital, Al-Khobar.
Almoosa Health, represented by Mr. Malek Almoosa, Group CEO, has officially signed a pivotal contract with Kasktaş for soil support and excavation works For Almoosa Specialist Hospital (Al-Khobar). The signing ceremony took place at the premises of the Turkish company, Kasktaş, highlighting a significant milestone in the commencement of an ambitious project aimed at setting new benchmarks in the realm of construction and engineering.
The signed contract outlines a comprehensive scope of work for the enabling works phase, which includes extensive excavation, piling, dewatering, diaphragm wall, and anchor construction,ensuring that all preliminary works are completed to the highest standards before the main construction phases commence.
Kasktaş, a distinguished subsidiary of the ENKA Group renowned for its global proficiency in infrastructure and large-scale construction. The company has implemented many significant projects in the Kingdom, such as the King Abdullah Economic City project, the Neom project, the Qiddiya project, the Mecca Metro, the Riyadh Metro, in addition to the HARAM extension project.
The new hospital will cover an extensive area of 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area reaching 325,000 square meters, making it the largest hospital in the Eastern Province.
The facility will offer a capacity of up to 400 beds and multiple centers of excellence, with three underground parking floors accommodating up to 2,000 vehicles.
Aligned with international standards for sustainable design and aiming for LEED Gold certification, Al Khobar Hospital will epitomize the group’s dedication to excellence and innovation.
