The start of the dream
The dream of establishing Al Mousa Specialist Hospital began in 1994 in Boston, United States of America, becoming the first private hospital in the Al-Ahsa region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1996
Hospital opening
The opening of the hospital as the first private hospital to serve the people of Al-Ahsa.
1998
Strategic partnership
The hospital contracted with Saudi Aramco - a leading company in the energy and chemicals industry.
2000
Expansion of capacity
By the year 2000 AD, the capacity had been raised to 100 beds equipped with the latest medical technology.
2009
The first international accreditation
Al Mousa Hospital obtained JCI accreditation for implementing the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
2012
Renewing global confidence
Obtaining JCI accreditation for the second time confirms the continued commitment to health quality.

Official national accreditation
Obtaining accreditation from the Saudi Center for Accreditation of Health Institutions (CBAHI).
