Al-Aziziya Medical Center is the group's first expansion outside of Al-Ahsa Governorate. The center is located in the Al-Aziziya neighborhood on an area of ​​about 6,700 square metres. The center is part of an expansion plan in the eastern region announced in the prospectus, which also includes the Al-Mousa Specialist Hospital project in Al-Khobar with a capacity of 400 beds, which is still under implementation. The opening also comes a month after the operation of the Nakheel Medical Center in Al-Ahsa.
