Nursing

Al Mousa Specialist Hospital received the Magnet® designation for excellence in nursing practices as the first private hospital in the Kingdom and the Middle East to obtain it. Magnet accreditation is granted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is considered the gold standard for excellence in nursing.

To achieve this classification, the hospital’s nursing team worked over five years to provide documentation that demonstrated qualitative and quantitative excellence and humane care for patients, and the accreditation process also included a three-day field visit by ANCC Magnet evaluators.

As a Magnet-certified hospital for excellence in nursing care, we believe that nursing excellence occurs in an environment that supports the continuous development of nursing staff, empowering them, appreciating them, and leading them with wisdom and a clear vision.

With the expansion of Al Mousa Health Group, the competence of our team has expanded in terms of practice, education, quality and governance.

We welcome hundreds of new nurses through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Professional Training Fellowship for Interprofessional Nursing Practice (PTAP®) program.
