Mona joined A.S.H. in 2014, bringing with her more than 12 years of experience. She began her career as a physiotherapist and first came to the kingdom in 2005, where she joined Dr. Suliaman Alhabib Medical Group as a medical support manager from 2005 until 2013. Mona joined Almoosa as the head of the physical therapy department and later led the patient experience department’s establishment. Mona holds a bachelor of physical therapy and healthcare management and a master’s in business administration (M.B.A.) and a Ph.D. in financial management for healthcare organizations from St. Joseph University in Lebanon. Mona is a fellow of the American College of Health Executives (F.A.C.H.E.).

And a fellow of Planetree International for person-centered care. She is the former chairperson of the Saudi Physical Therapy Association (S.P.T.A.) in the eastern province of Saudi Arabia.

Mona enjoys mountain climbing, and she climbed 3 of the seven summits in the world, including Mount Everest.
