Ms. Alik Sarian

Alik Sarian, MHQS, MSN, RN, LSSBB is the Executive Director for Almoosa Health Portfolio Management Office (PMO). She has over 10 years extensive experience in directing organizational projects and accreditations, specifically Magnet Recognition Program leading Almoosa Health and other regional hospitals in attaining Magnet Recognitions. During her seasoned career, she has developed organizational structures while leading and overseeing the strategic planning, execution, and governance of countless projects within the organization. With her graduate background in Healthcare Quality and Safety and Nursing Administration, she brings a wealth of expertise in project management methodologies, best practices, and improvement tools. She is known for her ability to drive successful project delivery, optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. She is committed to building strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaboration, communication, and driving strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Qualifications

• Alik holds two graduate degrees, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality and Safety from Harvard University, Harvard Medical School, and a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from Hariri School of Nursing at American University of Beirut.
• She has also earned dual post graduate certifications from Harvard Medical School, one in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare and another in Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership (SQIL).
• Alik is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
