Coronary care unit
The Coronary Care Unit at Almoosa Specialist Hospital is equipped with the latest medical equipment to provide the best possible care for patients suffering from critical heart conditions, including acute myocardial infarction (heart attacks), acute heart failure, and other cardiovascular diseases that require intensive care.
The unit contains nine beds for intensive coronary care, each equipped with ventilators from the German company Dräger and continuous cardiac monitoring devices. Our medical and nursing staff aim to provide the best environment for patients by adhering to international health standards. All our doctors and nurses are highly qualified and work as a team to deliver the best possible healthcare. The hospital also follows a very strict sterilization protocol in the coronary care unit rooms under the supervision of the infection control team, and there is an isolated unit for infectious cases.
